1. Clear line pressing, accurate line pressing and slotting position
Unlike manual packing, automatic packing equipment for wooden packing boxes requires higher wire pressing and slotting requirements for wooden packing boxes. When packing manually, the unfavorable factors affecting the natural forming of wooden packing boxes, such as shallow indentation and grooving, can be corrected manually. The automatic packing is mainly accomplished by suction nozzle, baffle and clamp rod, which does not have the function of forming correction. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure that the indentation of the wooden packing box is clear when processing the wooden packing box. It is easy to bend when the wooden packing box is folded into a composite form, so as to avoid the defects such as broken lines and crow-tail lines. In addition, the accuracy of grooving and line pressing should be ensured. Generally, the grooving or line pressing position should not exceed 2 mm. In order to facilitate the vertical forming of wooden packing boxes by automatic packing devices, some foreign manufacturers of wooden packing boxes have recently introduced a process called pre-creasing. The pre-creasing process is to install a pre-creasing device on the automatic Box-pasting machine to pre-fold the first and third pressing lines of the board once. This reduces the resistance of re-folding the line, making it easier for the automatic packaging line to upright the wooden packing box.
2. Cabinet corner leak should not be too large
Generally, there are two ways of automatic packing: glue sealing and tape sealing. Unlike the manual "Gong" type sealing, the glue sealing box and the tape sealing box will not seal the corner of the box. If the corner loophole is too big, it will weaken the waterproof and moisture resistance function of wooden packing box. Especially for some export commodities, the vast majority of them are shipped to the place of delivery through containers. During the sea voyage, the air humidity in the containers may be as high as 93%. If the corner of the container is too big, the inner goods are easily damp. Generally speaking, the diameter of the corner leak should not exceed 5 mm for the wooden packing box with automatic sealing.
3. The surface of wooden packing boxes should be suitable for transparent rubber sealing boxes.
Some brands of box boards, due to the high surface sizing degree, easily lead to transparent tape difficult to adhere to, so that when loaded into the commodity box, the tape is easy to pop, so that it can not be effectively sealed. Usually for boards used as boards, tape testing should be carried out. The specific method is: take a transparent tape with moderate viscosity, attach it to the box board, and tear the tape to separate it from the box board. If the surface of the box board is torn off together after tearing, it shows that the box board is suitable for sealing with tape. If it can be easily separated and the surface of the boards is not damaged after tearing, it indicates that the boards are not suitable for tape sealing.
4. The surface of the board must have a certain roughness.
